Love this product range!!! I have always had problematic skin that would often react even worse with products. I found the OroGold treatments and products that Masha and her staff put together specifically for me and my skin were just perfect! I sooooo look forward to my monthly visits to the Sydney store to treat myself to a luxurious couple of hours of pampering! As one of the other reviewers mentioned, I don't spend money on fake stuff, like nails, lashes, hair colour etc, but i will invest in my skin, thank you Oro Gold Sydney! Love your work;x

I go there for facials every month and I come out so relaxed. Since combining their products with my normal routine, my tempermental skin has been stable and clearer for longer. They've helped me reduce my blemishes and dark spots. The team are so lovely and helpful with my skin enquiries. Bought their facial package.

I turned up this afternoon at Orogold in Hunter Street Sydney for a booked appointment to find the premises empty and completely void of furniture and stock. Premises unlocked as lock missing off door.  Looks like they have closed down as only get answering machine when phoning one of the numbers and the other is disconnected.  Unfortunately no one had the courtesy to advise me they were no longer there.  I only made the appointment on 29 June.  So not that long ago. I'm disappointed and not happy that I wasted time going there this afternoon.

The staff always friendly, I always enjoyed being pampered by Efi . The ambience of the new place is very calming. Love the product and love the staff.

Highly recommend Orogold for their products and treatment! It has assisted my skin ten fold since I started using them. Their viatimin c serum is fantastic and their range of treatment options are incredible. Chiara, Ella and Maria from the Sydney store are friendly, professional and so helpful! 10/10 service and results :

Extremely aggressive product selling techniques. The refills/replacements I was promised by the sales assistant have apparently expired well before they were due to. Neither the sales person nor the store manager is still there to give any verification to the purchase promises that were made. I was told by the current store manager “Oh they’d never promise that” and that I was on a list to come back in as I already had taken too many replacement products. I won’t be returning to the store as I expect that they will just try to sell me something new and over promise and under deliver! Overall an expensive mistake and I feel like I’ve been “taken for a ride”. I would not recommend Orogold based on my experience

Recently I purchased Nano product and next day I found ebay has same product at 1/4 price. I was charged $1800 ebay has $400 I am sensing a scam. When I contacted them, they told me ebay has fake product. Is anyone else has the same experience?

I was very well looked after by Macha, who not only took a lot of time with me but knows the products very well. I also received a free facial treatment and a couple of complimentary products with my purchases. The products are expensive but I saw visible results from that one treatment, and when you break the overall cost down to a daily or monthly cost, it's worthwhile.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Orogold! I used their products years ago and found them so superior to anything I've tried before. I happened to walk past their George St store a few weeks ago and went in to see what was new. I bought the Eye Serum and also the 24K DMAE Deep Wrinkle Tightening Solution. Wow! This product is unbelievable. I went back again last week and had the Cleopatra Treatment with gold leaf on my face...I loved it. My skin felt incredible afterwards. Thank you John for an amazing treatment and reintroducing me to the wonderful Orogold products.

My fawourite product is  deep wrinkle tightening solution, I just bought it 3 months ago and just love it. Massive improvement around my eyes, fine lines and dark circles..I recommend this product. Amazing results and easy to use, only twice a week.
