Tried to purchase Bogarts seating, only to have a young incompetent girl put it through as normal priced seating. She didn't book any other seating for me, when I still needed the Bogart Seat booking. Ordered the beef burger from the Bogarts menu, whilst it was tasty, the bun was hard, which made it messy to eat, and I ended up wearing most of it on my shirt. The chips on the side were cold also. Staff here are incapable of the simplest tasks. Some staff look to be very very young with no experience with dealing with people. I doubt if any training can save them. Thumbs down!!
Decided to take the grandkids to the movies at 11am and thought we would have lunch before the movie. Got told the cafe is closed because they thought they were going to be busy???? Are you serious. Why advertise a cafe then not have it open
Booked tickets online, easy interactive website. Cinema was clean. Watched Black Adam, great family experience and tasty snacks too
Always the best service, even through I'll only go maybe once a fortnight, that remember me and make recommendations based off of my previous movies/experiences. The best would have to be a black haired light skinned male, he is an asset to you guys.
Today we wanted to have lunch before the movie so we chose the Cafe at the theatre. We ordered our lunch lasagne very small piece, hubby ordered Gourmet Beef roll, we asked was it pulled beef or slices no one knew.So we went ahead with the order. Then they couldn’t put into computer it wasn’t on the list, 4 people later one rude older manager. He said charge for a filo pastry we said that’s $2 dearer than a roll so after 5-8 mins waiting to put into computer. After 25 mins wait our lunch arrived . Well Lasagne small, gourmet Beef Roll turned out it was a Sausage roll. I asked the girl where was my husbands beef roll she said that’s it.I asked how can they call this Gourmet Beef roll it’s a sausage roll. She said that’s what you ordered. At no time was I rude to this girl just asked why it’s called a Gourmet Beef Roll. It should be named a sausage roll. Not long after I spoke to the older man manager who informed me I upset his girl ,at no time did I speak rude or nasty.Others sitting in cafe couldn’t believe what he said as they agreed I didn’t say any thing wrong. Our tea and coffee never arrived till we had to go into movie. We paid extra to go into Bogarts better seating Etc. If you are shorter and want to lean back rather than sitting up you won’t see the movie. The Rail is at a height when you push back your head you can’t see the bottom of the screen All up don’t bother going to eat or pay extra for Bogarts seating not worth the money. The older manager needs to learn to smile , respect his customers and ask what the problem is.Couldn’t careless. My Husband didn’t want pastry he wanted a roll .He left his $16 sausage roll. Overpriced!!!!!!!!
Very welcoming and professional staff. We are regular customers, and on the only occasion our experience was ruined by some nasty audience members - the manager kicked them out and gave us complimentary premium vouchers. Be wary of 1 star reviews - I’ve been going here with wife and kids for years - better experience than decades of cinema-going in Perth.
Great popcorn and snack selection, plenty of crane games and cinema experience is also great.
Perfect little cinema in a country town. Had everything you need and multiply cinemas so a good choice on offer.
Clean, warm, nice staff even at the end of the day. Excellent prices on their snacks too! XL popcorn only$7. It was a lovely experience!
We went to see "where the crawdads sing", we loved it, great entertaining movie.
