i have been asigned to a new business manager after brad papotto left and his name is joey i started ringing him last week 23/5/18 and was told he will ring back which he did not. so i ring back 28/5/18 and was told he was in a meeting and he will ring back which he did not. but just in case optus gave me his mobile number so i ring today to find his message bank says he is away on annual leave , so i ring the office and the receptionist told me he is walking past her desk as we speak so she put me through to him only to be told i will have to wait upto 2 weeks for the phone. i wouldnt even give you guys a star but you have to

If you own/run a business, you will understand the operational needs and value of customer service.... NON- existent here. An on going saga to get a product and now issues with it for over 6 months now!!! - Being constantly hand-balled from one representative to another - no one taking accountability for actions - a project promised for NBN to be up and running in 3 weeks took over 3 months to get going, due to breakdown of communication between Optus representatives and NBN representatives who clearly do not communicate. - specific requests were made to keep my ADSL line in tact until we were 100% satisfied with the new NBN Line.... this was disconnected leaving us unconnected and unable to do business for a couple of days... no apology, no accountability, no temporary resolution - claims for compsensation for loss of business and massive delays in getting the product live outstanding for 3-4 months (still unsresolved, in fact still not heard anything from anyone within the organisation about this even though I’ve called and emailed a number of times) - the NBN business product offered keeps dropping out, with no resolution or even explanation from numerous reported faults - I feel like it is an acceptable policy within the organisation that when a client calls or emails that it’s ok to not respond. Then when prompted a couple of weeks later not respond again!! And then when eventually you call to speak to someone a 1 or 2 line email from higher management is an acceptable response. - internet has been down since 10am this morning and an accepted respond to my staff is that... it could take 2 weeks to get back up and running... no attempt to offer a temporary solution to customers who are paying for a service— APPAULING!!! Unprofessional. Non existent service. Cannot deliver what they promise. Really do not care about anything apart from initial sale to get customers locked into a contract!! Totally unreliable. I could go on but there’s no point.

The transition to Optus from my previous provider was made so easy and seamless by the staff at the Optus Business Centre Perth. Advice was very helpful about choosing plans to meet my family’s needs. Thank you!

Our Company has been with Optus Business Centre Perth for over 6years now, providing us with landline and mobile phone solutions. I commend Paul and Yasemin the directors on there focus to exceptional customer service with their clients, there are not many local companies in this sector that provide the level of service that they extend to their customers, they really do go above and beyond. Joey our support person has been very professional and knowledgeable, and a great support always. We will continue to grow with Optus BC Perth!
