I’ve had to deal with this particular aus post since moving into the area 6 months ago. Their customer service is terrible. Can never find parcels in a timely manner. I was told this morning to go and wait outside at the parcel pick up for my delivery when every other time within business hours i have come into the store and been served. The lady in front of me had been waiting a while and they were not able to find her parcel so i popped back into the store and asked the blonde lady with an accent if there was anyone else that could help me, as they were having issues and i was in a hurry. She refused to serve me, not 1 other customer was in the store and 2 staff members were on the serving counter. To be in a customer service role yet not have an customer service abilities, baffles me. I’m not at all surprised of the low ratings and reviews for this particular post office.

I got myself a MyPOST card and have all my deliveries sent to my local post office what a dream this makes receiving all my online shopping. No more missing the delivery guy.
