A big shout out and thank you to Dash who provided the clearest, most concise and appropriate information and direction I have had from Telstra in a long time. After multiple emails and 3 previous long phone conversations I was frustrated and resorted to booking a face to face appointment in the Business Centre where I was able to get the right attention and response to my needs. Thank you !
Wow! we have not in our 20 plus years had such a wonderful experience in relation to our Telstra accounts. We manage quite a few strata schemes that has Telstra products eg lift lines and Shirley has been fantastic to work with, makes our job a dream to have someone to talk to and efficiently resolve our queries. Unfortunately I do not have a good review . I have spent hours, literally trying to resolve an issue with new sim card from the West Perth business centre . The office is shut until next week and despite being on the phone and on line with telstra for 6 hours today and numerous hours last week no one can assist me with this issue. I need to go into the business centre that has botched my number transfer . I am so unimpressed, In my view a business centre should not close to business clients for a week. Perhaps consider skeleton staff to service your business clients over the xmas new year period and not shut up shop. I am suitably and totally unimpressed
We have been dealing with a curve ball with no phone reception let alone internet access at our new property, one phone call to Dasrat at west Perth and he’s getting it sorted within an hour I had Cameron emailing me setting up a time to come out and run some tests and during the Christmas break when everyone else is snoozing Jason is here installing everything we need, with a follow up visit from Cameron to ensure we have best speed possible m., he hand delivered the hardware that Dasrat had organised only hours earlier. This kind of service is unheard of. And I can’t thank the team enough.

Contacted Shirley Pan with a telephone diversion problem. She had it fixed within one hour. Very impressed with her customer service.
I can't tell you the last time I had such good service. My mum and I were lucky enough to have Tajinder Singh TJ look after us, and he was simply the best. We had a complex query due to the passing of my brother and TJ did absolutely everything within his means to help us close down the business account and commence a new personal account for my mum. TJ was knowledgeable, personable and caring. What a delightful young man and an asset to Telstra. TJ has restored my faith in Telstra.
Shirley Pan, our service manager, is always helpful with our Telstra issues.
Arrived during opening hours 9:40am, doors are locked, no-one available and no method to get someones attention.
Worst service ! Changed to a business phone service my husband and I. His number had to be removed from previous employee company billing. That took about 4 weeks. Then we waited for our new handsets, we would still be waiting for them if I didn't go order them online and get assistance from Telstra phone service.That would be over 2 months. Waiting and waiting for handsets that had not been ordered, told by the lady who was meant to be assisting us that she was still waiting to receive them. The last correspondence via email was rude and as if it was our fault for her lack of attention detail, she had not ordered any handsets as there was nothing attached to the new account. She informed us of no log in details nothing, worst service I have ever experienced there was no Service.
