I had an international supplier that we needed to present some technical data to our customers and as I now work from a home office I contacted the staff at the Park Business Centre where I had previously leased a serviced office for 12 years to utilize their flexible office space hire. I only needed a 2 hour window to do the technical training by MS Teams so being able to have own private office with large smart TV to connect our laptops was such a great experience. My international supplier from Italy was very impressed with the Park's professionalism and hospitality when providing refreshments and offering advice on places to visit while in Perth.
Recently had a team planning day in the The Park Business Centre. Was so impressed with the location, access, layout and general facilities. We ended up running over our booked time and the staff were so accommodating. Great venue, highly recommend it.
The Park Business Centre was the perfect place to host our meeting. The boardroom was superb, the catering was delicious and the service and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Great location and lovely helpful staff. Only downside is all of the little extras add up, some of which are fairly costly for what they are or I would have thought would have been included in the cost of the room hire.

I have had my serviced office at The Park Business Center since 2006. As a state manager working remotely with my head office based in Sydney, it is a breath of fresh air to know that my every need is catered for. The services that is provided by the team here is amazing. I have found them to be very helpful, caring and an extremely productive. The expertise and support of the staff has been great to work through the various statutory requirements for business growth. The staffs professionalism and knowledge is definitely encouraging and indeed appreciated. The can-do approach of the team makes it possible for me to literally rely on them to service my clients. Having a base so close to the city is also ideal for myself and my clients. Client meeting are a breeze with meeting rooms, conference rooms, snacks and coffee making facilities on site. Having other businesses with similar interest in the incubator creates a very friendly work environment. I cannot recommend “The Park Business Center” highly enough. My business has been located at The Park Centre for the past 10 years. The facilities and service are friendly and professional with the standards of both being commensurate with a 5 star hospitality industry. The facilities are first class and well maintained and better than many of the facilities available at larger corporate offices I frequent. The attitude and personality of the staff is incredibly amazing and adds a warmth and enjoyment to the office environment. I consider The Park Centre extremely good value for money and credit it with maintaining a strong corporate presence without the burden of excessive overheads. The only down side is Anita's vocal support for the West Coast Eagles. lol
