I had to give them 1 star I would've like to have given then 0 Welshpool star track don't even attempt to deliver parcels to your address they just drop them at Au's post dc for you to collect then have the cheek to write on trace and track receiver unavailable ....this has not been the first time I have stayed home all day waiting for parcels from the Welsh pool Star track who can't be bothered delivering to said address ....why bother having trace and track when the courier driver doesn't want to deliver

Website has false information. You couldn't look at my drivers license and sign a piece of paper to say I am who I am. Wasted my lunch break coming down to be told Need to go elsewhere. Pathetic.
