my address is in Wilson and I don’t know somehow it’s been delivered to Welshpool, and then the parcel was surprisingly delivered to an address doesn’t even exist🙃🙃🙃, no signature required. Do they just randomly litter parcels when delivering?

Truley aweful. A staff memeber refused to let me record my international delivery ID and actually snatched the form from my hand when i attempted to take a copy. I had to post my item at another branch.

2 Parcels from London to Perth arrives in 24hrs, sits at Welshpool depot 5 days and still counting??? Express parcel from QLD to Perth arrives in 36hrs, sits at Welshpool depot 2 days later and still counting??? Looking at other reviews, clearly poor management system by bottle necking it all into Welshpool depot, with poorly handled outcomes especially with Express post!!

I have a parcel that's been sitting in Welshpool sorting facility for a week and has only received a text today saying they just sorted it. Come on Auspost, you are a joke
