Local bike shops are totally dependent on the quality of their staff. I have found it a touch hit and miss here in years past, but the young bloke that’s generally on lately is tops. Couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. We had some issues with a new bike and they got them sorted super efficiently. Decent range of spare parts, clothing etc. too.

Hi. Got my hybrid bike fixed at my ride Woden. Rang on Friday, brought in today as per booking. They were attentive and kind. Was fixed by 3.30pm, I took it in at 11.30. Woden is the place to be for bike repairs if it is closer to home for you. I'm happy with their service.

Staff were helpful with lots of practical insights! There was a good blend of quality / affordable bikes all the way to expensive road and mountain racing bikes. Worth checking out if your in the market!!!

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable about their products and extremely generous with their advice. I’ve been taking my high end bikes here for servicing for years and I reckon their mechanics are amongst the best in Canberra.

Best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and while they don’t have a huge amount of accessories and parts, will go above and beyond to source what you need. If you’re in the market for a new bike, need a service or just after some advice, these guys are the best.

Great service and friendly staff. I was only interested in a low priced bike but still received extensive and helpful advice without any up-sell pressure. My purchase has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to a long term relationship with My Ride for my services and accessory purchases. Highly recommended.

The thing I love most about My Ride Woden is that the staff don’t treat me like I shouldn’t be there. They are welcoming and answer questions and offer advice in a friendly and helpful manner. I also love the bike that I bought there Great customer service, great bikes and great accessories. Update: I’ve now bought two bikes an ebike and a MTB from my ride. Love both bikes. Great service.
