On The Net offer outstanding customer service. Their team is based in Robina, Gold Coast and you can always speak to a high level support technician whenever you need rather than the level 1 support people you always get when ringing other ISPs. That's very important to people like me that already have an intermediate understanding of networking and internet connectivity and saves precious time when problems arise. I have only had one issue with my connection since joining On The Net and their team jumped straight on it and sorted it out quickly.

Hidden fees stung me with this company. was with them for years and i wanted to change to an address that they didn't supply to and whacked a $800 early termination charge automatically to my card without telling me. If i had known i would've seen out my contract that only had a few months left as this would have been much cheaper. Will never use them again
