Was charged $18 for two bagels. Bagels are displayed on menu as $6 each, with either butter or cream cheese, and the option to add other items for extra. I added avocado to one of the bagels displayed as $4 extra. So they ripped me off $2, and I didn’t say anything because it is only two bucks but none the less. The bagels took over ten minutes to make there was only one other group of old ladies in the store at the time who already had their coffee. My sister and I sat there while the lady who appeared to run the cafe stood in the open on her phone as well as snacking on something she’d prepared for herself first. The bagels had what appeared to be the skid marks left of an empty cream cheese container. I’m not a Karen at all, and it’s a shame because I had heard good things about this place, but I reckon there is a likelihood it’ll be gone and replaced by the next pop up store at Charlestown Square to last but months, literal weeks sometimes.

Great service, even when things didn’t work smoothly the coffee machine today. They offered to change our drinks to anything else.  Bagel and Brekkie burger were nice!

Coffee was good. They forgot to bring the food a croissant, but seemed an honest mistake. They made a heart and a leaf in the tea. 8/10 would drink their latte again.

Very friendly staff, good old fashioned customer service is obviously valued by these guys. Coffee was great, well priced and although busy when I visited, they served me my order quite fast. Thank you.

Surprisingly bad. I didn’t have coffee so perhaps that’s why this isn’t a better review. Instead, I was trying to reduce my caffeine intake and ordered a chai tea latte. After some confusion with the staff as to how a chai tea latte should be made, I was presented with a teapot of foamy flavourless milk. I’d also ordered a grilled cheese and ham sandwich. This turned up looking like it had been run over by a bus with the contents spilled out across the plate and somewhat burnt. However, it tasted bearable hence 2 stars.

My coffee flat white was excellent. Great taste. Great friendly service from the staff. Glad I came back.

Convenient location within Charlestown Square but has too little space. Extremely limited seating. Service is prompt when not busy but prices are too expensive just look at the gluten free slices. Why do Aussies put up with rip-off prices for so many things?

2 stars because the lady must have had to go grind the coffee beans out the back, that's how long it took, when I was the only one waiting. From paying to picking up, 25 mins waiting.

Serving female was not very friendly but the female barista was lovely and more importantly the coffee was perfect & smooth, not to mention the healthy apricot bar was amazing!
