Unfortunately a 40 minute wait for two coffees and food accompanied by hundreds of spiders and bugs and rubbish. Coffee quality was still good but the cleaning and service needs work. Food was cold and didn't taste very fresh. Hope to see this team fix these problems so they can go back to a proud business I recommend going outside of peak times aka brunch on weekends to avoid wait times. Kid-friendliness: Lots of spiders and a boring wait time.
Services is slow and waitresses are to busy stocking shelves or chatting to serve customers. Drank our coffee before the cake arrived and when asked where the cake was, was advised they were busy. Although coffee and cake was nice the poor services out weighs the taste of the food. Would not recommend.
Had a bad experience here at my morning breakfast. They forgot to add our order in terminal, so after 20 minutes I reminded and only then they started cooking the order. Next, the coffee came with hair in it ! And it didn't look like from head. Crazy. Next, my order was wrong: the eggs supposed to be fried and bread had to be sourdough. This place NOT recommended.
Waitress usually unfriendly and toffee-nosed with a don't care attitude. Didn't feel respected nor treated like a customer. Noisy due to waitresses gossiping loudly with each other and the constant noise of cutlery being thrown into the trays which is done in the eating section of the cafe. Food not great, very average and they are very slow. Used to be open till 5 but seem to close the kitchen and leave much earlier now.
Terrible. I ordered the vegetarian sour dough toasted sandwich. Worst I have ever had. No filling!!! tiny and overpriced!! Just tasted like hard crusted toast. Coffee was a bad blend and too weak. Wont be going back there.
Terrible service. Rude and neglecting staff. Coffee was bland and tables were dirty. A fingernail was in my sand which. Absolutely awful will not be returning. I found a hair in my chicken wrap and I’m pretty sure I saw the woman spit in my orange juice. Foul.
Terrible slow service, ordered a fresh juice it took 25minutes another 25minutes the toasty I ordered too hadn't arrived, went up & said forget the toasty I have waited too long & had to go. No apology for shabby service. Won't be going there again. Pick your game up please.
Nicely presented cafe with a small breakfast menu. Waitress could learn to smile a bit more and on the expensive side compared to other places
We decided on this place for breakfast out of multiple options and sadly we wish we never picked here. The food was dry, the ham and criosnt had spinach on it and ordered an apple juice of which was freshly squeezed of which they didn't advertise as I don't like freshly squeezed. Won't be back again.
Poor service but tasty food when your coffee is delivered 40 mins before your passion fruit cheese cake with numerous trips to the counter to ask for the cake to be told we are extremely busy with 7 tables we will get it out to you.
