Personal Training:
Personal Training is the best way to keep on track and motivated with your training. Its perfect if your training for certain events or if you just want to be pushed harder than you would push yourself.
We give you expert advice on nutrition, we can come to you, and can also set you up with routines to do in your own time outside of your sessions with your trainer.
We provide 1on1 training, training with a friend, or a small group (4on1).
Come in and train with Ballarat's Best Personal Trainers so that you can hit your goals faster as well as keep yourself accountable.
Gym Floor/Reception:
Our Public Gym offers a wide range of benefits to all our members with change rooms and shower facilities located on the same level. We provide water and gym towels to all members as well as being able to change your program and have health and fitness appraisals as often as you like at no extra charge.
Our public gym facility is open 7 days a week with flexible hours to suite everyone. Our facility is always staffed so that a friendly staff member can assist you or answer any questions you may have as well as steer you in the right direction for a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Massage Therpay/Exercise Physiology:
Massage therapy and exercise physiology sessions are not included as part of your membership and are booked by appointment only.
Indoor & Outdoor Group Fitness/Running Group:
We run outdoor fitness programs, similar to boot-camp, in all terms of the year as a fun and challenging way of maintaining and achieving big things. Many participants have achieved many wonderful things from completing these programs. A stand out performer recently won a running event and set a new course record!!! The outdoor program runs on a Mon morning at 6am & Tues night at 6pm. Sessions are fun and challenging and are welcome to all fitness levels from the beginner to the elite.
The running program runs on a Wed 6am & Thurs night at 6pm. The beauty of this running program is you don't need to be a "runner" as the program is tailored to ALL fitness levels. Participants can cover from 7km to 10km in the hour.
Indoor fitness includes Spin, Pump, Pilates, HIIT, Circuit, Yoga and much much more...
