Jackie was highly recommended to me by a work colleague. From the moment I attended my first class, I knew that Jackie was a wonderful teacher. Jackie's style is very affirming and I have loved how she explores the spirituality of yoga as well as teaching the different exercises. I love attending Jackie's yoga sessions and I am definitely benefiting from increased strength, flexibility and general well-being. Overall, I leave Jackie's class feeling that little bit better about myself and how I am feeling. I really look forward to attending each session. Keep up the good work Jackie and thanks for being such a great teacher.

Jackie is a beautiful soul and amazing teacher! She is patient, compassionate & kind with all students ensuring everyone is working at their appropriate level & always practicing ahimsa. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike will love Jackie & Jackie's classes 😊

I started attending classes at Jackie Allen Yoga when Jackie opened her new Studio a few months ago. I absolutely love it. Already I feel stronger, more flexible, more energy and Yoga has definitely helped with the stress of day to day life. Jackie is an amazing teacher and a master of her craft. Jackie's new studio offers a very warm, calm and relaxing environment with classes to suit all fitness levels and ages. I would strongly recommend Jackie Allen Yoga to anyone wanting to try Yoga.

I have done many different yoga classes but Jackie's is my favourite. Jackie is skilled at working with groups of different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced, and is able to accomodate the needs of everyone in the class. She is so wonderful and supportive. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable and makes every class interesting and unique. I love the way she brings a light-hearted approach to yoga practice. I always feel incredible when I leave the class and the sense of calm travels with me for the rest of the day.

Jackie Allen’s passion for yoga shines through in each and every class. Her attentive and caring nature provides all her students a wonderful yoga experience. Her yoga studies in India give her a unique ability to teach the true aspects of yoga. I look forward to each yoga class, enjoying the challenge very much.
