Came in on Thursday night with my family for all you can eat. Was very pleasantly surprised by how fast the food came out despite how busy it was. Excellent service from the waitresses. The food was excellent quality, and the all you can eat is very reasonably priced. Toilets are also very clean and they use good toilet paper.

Best Japanese I have had in Melbourne! Went for the all you can eat for $32.50pp with a few mates last week and the quality and quantity was amazing with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.. already looking for a reason to go again!

Very, very bad service here. As we were finishing up our meals, waitress came to us and told us "don't waste food", and all we left on the table was just a little bit of rice that we couldn't eat anymore. We were shocked that the waitress just bluntly said it to our faces, so we brought it up with the supervisor and she showed us there are tiny writings on back of menu that says if you don't finish up your food you'll have to pay surcharge!!!! The experience ended up on a bad note because if they have that policy they should make it more obvious or tell people at the very start, not at the end like this. She said the chef won't be happy that we don't finish up our rice. It's funny because the staff here are not even Japanese. They are Chinese. Every buffet I have been to there has never been a rule like this. Even if there was they should make it obvious to customers because we feel quite offended. We will never come back again.

Great Value and Great Food. Always very busy. A few of the items ordered did not turn up, but we were able to order more. It 's good they check on last orders before the kitchen closes to make sure all the food arrives as it does come out a bit haphazardly. This didn't impact the overall experience, as it was still a great night out.
