All staff I deal with were great. Especially, they have shown a lot of patience while I was printing and scanning documents .They are very knowledgeable, and have great customer service. I will return.

Thanks to Tim who just helped me replace a faulty Fitbit I bought a few months ago. So helpful, so efficient, nothing was a problem. This is why we love Officeworks.

Very inefficient store. I ordered 2 items on 1/1/23, paid for them as the website said they would be ready for collection in 2 hours. I would have had to wait 3 days for click and collect at my local store, Camberwell, but needed them that day. 7 days later the main item was still not available at Kew East. I sat on the phone many times but they never answered, so I bought both items elsewhere. I phoned the main office on 9/1/23 to cancel the whole order and was told I would receive a refund within 3 days. On 25/1/23 the item supposedly in stock is still not available at Kew East and I have not received my refund. I had to spend another 22 minutes phoning the main office who said the manager at Kew East failed to process the refund on 9/1/23 but I am now promised a refund by 28/1/23. I will never use Kew East again. Officeworks Camberwell and Chadstone have competent manager and staff.

We called the Kew East store today to request sponsorship towards an event for our not for profit organisation, we spoke with the lovely Sandra at the store who was extremely friendly, helpful and keen to help. She promptly checked with the Manager Mark and called back in less than 1 hour to tell us that they could help with printing the A5 flyers for the event this Sunday, a huge thank you to Sandra, Mark and Officeworks Kew East for your amazing support of the Speech and Drama Teachers Association of Victoria.

They will try any excuse to not price match. It's based on their opinion with no substance behind them. They don't even try calling the store.

The customer service at this Officeworks is always fantastic. I came in today to purchase some items and Paolo was so helpful and knowledgeable!

Nobody is willing to help. There were 10 people waiting to print a bloody photo and staff were so unhelpful.

A special shout out to Georgia who went out of her way to help us out with a warranty return. She went above and beyond and provided incredible customer service! A true asset to the team.

big warehouse, good price, wide range of products, but rude staffs made me mad I placed a online order and went to pick them up at this place, but the staffs just behaved as if I was stealing instead of shopping there  I seldom give negative reviews but really feel offended at this place I can’t tell why they’re acting that way I was well dressed, talking politely, and they made me wonder if they were always acting like that or any racism involved, Terrible experience and banned from my list forever
