I have had my Breville Dual Boiler repaired here twice. The service is excellent and the staff competent. They keep you updated on the progress of the service with an online profile that you can check anytime.nIt took 14 days for my machine to be serviced, but they are clear about this. It’s a busy place, but worth the wait. Highly recommend. They also sell coffee and coffee equipment.

I have been here to service my Rocket Giotto and the service has been good but certainly not anymore. The website states service within 7 days but this took 22+ days and then when I picked up my machine and took it home the steam wand had been assembled incorrectly; had no pressure and a ‘grease smell’ was clearly noticeable during operation. I took it back in to get this addressed and then had to return a week late to collect it again only to find that either the wrong rubber ring has been inserted in the group head or this has been installed incorrectly as the group handle falls out when expressing which makes a tremendous mess!.nnSo all in all 3 trips to North Balwyn for a machine that was running better than when I took it in initially. And I found the service quite expensive too.nnSuch a shame. The store itself is setup really nicely.

Super impressed with the work and service carried out, our Breville Oracle works better than new. I can't forget to mention their Coffee beans, they gave me a sample pack of platinum blend and now it's all we buy. Highly recommend

Twice we have taken a coffee machine to be repaired. Both times we were told the pump had gone and needed a new pump.nThe first time we had the pump replaced. The second time we knew the pump was not the problem as there was only a leak and it would cost $380 not including other repairs that would need doing.nWe had been using the machine before we took it in for repairs.nWe picked the machine up and took it elsewhere, surprise, surprise there was nothing wrong with the pump.nThe leak was fixed and the machine had a service and it works perfectly.nWe would not recommend Expresso Fix.

Last month, my machine had some issues, and the team at Espresso Fix repaired it perfectly. They were professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the process. My coffee machine is now working like new. Highly recommend their services!
