I dropped off my grinder on Friday morning and got a notification early Monday that it was ready, incredibly fast turnaround.nnThe team and technician patiently showed me how to take it apart and put it back together properly, so I wouldn’t run into the same issue again at home.nnReally professional and thoughtful service. I had my Breville Barista Pro serviced under warranty. It was all done professionally and amazingly fast - I dropped off the machine in the morning and that evening received a notification that it was ready. They have done a great job and even gave me a free bag of coffee beans. Friendly staff. Parking right outside. Thank you. Highly recommended.

He was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.nnMy Breville Dual Boiler was leaking badly, and I had already spent a long time dealing with Breville support. In the end, they referred me to Espresso Fix for the repair.nnEric’s technician was highly skilled and was able to identify the issue with my coffee machine almost immediately, which really impressed me. Lovely shop that fixed my breville machine after it came misaligned from the factory. Support small businesses and add on to your warranty jobs. Will be back when it comes time to replace this machine.

I Waited 15 minutes for a pickup.nWhats worse they did not have a replacement part. They said the switch was not available as a spare part. What a joke.nI'm returning it to the retail store for a changeover. either I couldn't find the receipt but now I found.nI am still waiting after 20 minutes.
