It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a professional, the staff at Eastgate will point you in the right direction and get you playing a quality instrument at any budget. Not only that - but they have the best range of boutique guitar amplifiers, effects pedals and quality guitar accessories in Australia. It's definitely worth a drive up the hill to Kew!

Used car salesmen who now sell musical instruments. I went in and was not greeted and i asked to try some amps with which the reply was "Go for it" and was not accompanied to the amp room. Go for it how? They seemed to be a bit put out by my requests, like I was a distraction some how, I was the only person in the store! Did not care for my needs when I was clearly in need of info. Skip this place and go down the road to music Junction where the experience is the opposite!

One of Melbourne's best music stores, always have something new to try and always give good advice and fantastic customer service. I do not shop anywhere else for my guitar needs!
