Very big office works. I come here all the time. Always clean and well organised.nNot as much parking as I would hope, but if you drive around for a minute you will usually find a spot.nGood place if you like to take you time browsing as the staff won't bother you.nnThe staff at the checkout has always been very friendly and helpful, and are apologetic if they don't have something in stock.
Big shop. Lots of choice. Crew isn't very helpful, hard to find them and they are always busy. Some register operators shouldn't even be in customer service in my opinion. So brace yourself when paying - they are doing YOU a huge favour to take your money!nThe sale bins usually look messy and they changed their stationery products arrangement so it took a while to find mechanical pencil and then erasers were somewhere else.
Great service yesterday! Couldn't find what I needed and asked a staff member, they quickly found the items I needed and explained the pricing and what I would receive... well done team
Had to print out my mobility parking application urgently because of constraints with transport as I can't drive. Getting inside with my wheelchair from the underground carpark was mostly pain free as there were 2 open spots right next to each other, but what I assume to be a security guard came down and started staring at me before I even had my wheelchair assembled. He then proceeded to follow me to the lift and wait at the top of stairs until I'd gotten out of the elevator to go back inside. Didn't look out for him when inside because I was very rushed. When I got back downstairs he wasn't there but by the time I managed to get my wheelchair back in the car he was back standing in the same spot still staring at me. Made me feel extremely unsafe and I will not be returning to this establishment.
I went today to get my son’s passport photos printed and the device in the self serve print area was too slow, half an hour later I was finally able to sort it out, since I needed the photos cut via a guillotine, I went to the counter to ask for assistance, I paid for it which was not an issue but the lady that has served me had no sense of customer service at all. Her name starts with an A. I made sure I remembered her face and her name and if or when she applies for a job at any of my department, as a hiring manager I will never hire such a worker with a horrendous attitude. Officeworks Braddon has better staff with commendable attitude and proper customer service!
