TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Put a TV in for repair 6 weeks ago and still waiting.
Go into the shop to find out what is going on and get some long winded and pointless story about the LG warehouse. 
"We put the order in 3 weeks ago and it should have been here last week".
Put the order in 3 weeks ago hey? What about the other 3 weeks?
Go online and read the reviews only to find out that just about everyone has the same experience from this shop.

Expert repairs, reasonable prices

week period to not repair an item. Failing to repair the item was not the problem, the abysmal customer service and lack of listening to the customer was.

Never had a problem with these guys over the last 20 years. Fixed my antique stereo, brand new tele, you name it.
