I recently had a very positive experience at JB HI-FI.nnBefore heading to the store, I called Hayley, who provided me with accurate and helpful information about the product return and exchange process. When I arrived at the store, it was nearing closing time, but the cashier, Pav I believe that's the name, though I'm not entirely sure, was incredibly patient and thorough in assisting me.nnThe entire experience was not only efficient but also very pleasant, and I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great customer service.

Went into JB Belconnen yesterday and was super impressed with the patience, friendliness and helpfulness of Sage. I am not tech-savvy at all so had a lot of questions about hard drives and phones. He was so patient with all my questions, gave thorough answers and  had a cheerful manner the whole time. Thanks Sage. You are an asset to your workplace. Love your positivity!

Went in 2 Sundays ago brought a Sunbeam Multifunction Oven-nAir Fryer. It's a great product as it looks modern stylish, fits into my kitchen nicely. Prenav served me he is such nice friendly guy. Because of my permanent disabilities he arranged one his colleagues to carry it out to my car for me. Again great service & very happy with my Sunbeam Air Fryer purchase...

Truly a Very awful experience. Spent over $1,100 at the store in one day when coming home i opened my airpods to see they are completely crushed in the box manufacturers mistake i returned to the store a couple hours after i opened the box. To find a solution being a multi billion dollar company i fought they would have gave me a near pair since i spent so much money and returned within 3 hours back to the store after i saw the fault. When returning to the store i could not locate a single staff member anywhere and the entire store smelt like they have been vaping all day in there Mango passionfruit smell all throughout store i finally got a manager and show her the product . Long story short ill save the typing , she said i was full of shit tried to chastise me in front of her staff i assume i don’t even know if she was a manager TBH . Honestly ill never go back to JB HI FI . There overpriced, the stores are extremely small and stuff, staff have a attitude problem i dont know why ? You make $2 an hour . Please treat your customers better please its not 1990 where you go to a electronic store. its 2024 people theres heaps of better deal online for electronics and you don’t have to deal with rude staffnnCheers jb hi fi And the “Managers” as well

I wasn't sure where else to leave a review for Pasqual a member at the belconnen store, who helped my friend and I with a tv a new phone and a few other bits and pieces. He worked with us for over an hour, helping us with questions, prices, delivery and installations.nHe had never ending patience and stayed friendly and helpful the entire time.nThank you again!
