Had the best experience buying a new phone here. The manager Matt? was so helpful and kind, even going as far as to give us a discount as he felt we were waiting too long for service we were waiting no more than 2 minutes but could see the staff were all visibly busy with other customers. Made it such a smooth process and made sure we had no questions or problems before handing us over to another staff member. Absolutely will come back for future purchases!

the manager matt was so helpful and made sure my partner and i were taken care of this afternoon. everything was super speedy but we never felt rushed. we barely had to wait at all for help and he made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns before we left. 10/10

These guys are amazing at their job, let me walk in to get my iPad, 3 minutes before they closed on a Thursday night before Good Friday. I wasn’t rushed out the door and they were very patient with me and answered all my questions before my purchase, they didn’t try and push products in my face just gave some recommendations so that I didn’t have to come back later if I needed. The guy at the door that let me in - Thank you! You gave my family a great Easter present. The lady that served us - Thank you so much for all your help and being so patient. Sadly didn’t get their names but I will be back again. 5 stars JB HiFi Belconnen!

My partner and I came in this morning to look for a new gaming mouse. Lenny was very helpful and provided us with an extensive amount of information for each product.nnLenny was extremely friendly and made sure my partner was confident in what product he wanted to buy. We would rate 6 stars if we could!!

Very unsatisfactory purchasing experience when I bought the iPhone 16 pro max 1TB. No product available but they insisted on taking full payment and said it will arrive in a week. But now we have waited for about two weeks still not available in the store! Paid almost $3000 in advance and got nothing until now! This is a joke and definitely unacceptable! Never gonna trust them anymore!
