Roll up roll up, come and get your illicit devices and paraphernalia. This place is a Dimond in the rough. There is much more going on here if you give it a try. Punk clothing, goth jewellery and stripper outfits. There is something for everyone. The staff are very happy to help and welcoming. It is always a pleasure popping if for some bargains. Oh and the cool poster selection is retro cool. do teenagers put posters on the wall still? Anyway, this store is tops and the time is always 4:20.
I visited the Mermaid beach store today and was greeted with a warm welcome from the team. I didn’t have a booking but was welcomed to getting a piercing by the wonderful piercer Jess. The hot red headed one. She pierced my helix with zero pain in fact she made the whole experience enjoyable with her vivacious attitude and dad jokes lol. She made me feel so calm and I knew I was in the hands of a professional. 10/10 on service, cleanliness and professionalism. We mapped out a plan for my next few piercings so I will be back for sure. Thanks team!
What an amazing store you have a couple of excellent staff. Was pierced by a lovely lady Jess who was very knowledgeable and friendly. And the other team member a young gentleman was great. Overall I highly recommend going there.
The staff were extremely helpful as we are new to the vape scene. Jess and Kat were very knowledgeable and had a large range to choose from. We walked out of there feeling like experts with all the right equipment. Highly recommend if you are new to the scene for medical reasons or just for the social side.
Extremely helpful. Nice clean shop & nothings a bother to help. I take my granddaughter there as it is certainly her taste in clothes which are just a little bit different Thanks guys
Jess at OYT mermaid was absolutely awesome to deal with! Great personality and professional attitude! She sure knows her stuff. I felt very welcomed and at home and getting a piercing by her was a breeze... I will recommend her to friends and I will also be back! Thankyou
Super professional and clean. Hayley was so lovely and listened to all my needs and questions! It was quick but done with such care and time was taken to fully go through the aftercare instructions. It was a great experience and will definitely be back - highly recommend them.

Off Ya Tree never fails me with their professionalism when it comes to piercing. I never have a problem with any of my piercing done in Off Ya Tree and they have my full trust. Amazing girls in store, always making sure you are taken care of.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my piercings. Hayley was properly educated, clean and super friendly. Virtually pain free with the level of technique and skill being used. Can't wait to come back, Thanks Hayley!
