Very rude manager. Not helpful. Yells and shouts and very disrespectful. Has no sense or logic. Kept repeating with a broken record tone. “This is our policy” with no other consideration to what I was saying. I was surprised that a reputable store like ASICS would bemoan their repeat customers. She would not even hear what I had to say. I’m befuddled they gave her a management position. I’ll never buy from ASICS again.
Went to buy a Father’s Day gift at Asics and was not left disappointed. Jack H went out of his way to help me with everything I needed, after a couple of changes we got the right choice. Thank you for making my experience so easy jack!
Out of all of the sport stores, Nike had the best customer service. There were 3 different female Brazilian or Spanish workers who knew their stuff and came up and helped me at seperate times, they were so friendly. Enjoyable experience. Go there if you want eye contact, great customer service and friendly advice. Nike customer service was ok, registers were average. Under armour was the worst customer service.
Great service team working within the customers One team member Matisse went above and beyond. All extremely busy but professional. Today was Charli helping out to get the right shoe.
Plenty of stock, some sale specials on shoes, hubby got what he wanted so all was good in the world. Clothing also available
ASICS harbour town is a bit small. But they have some good deals. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of staff, so it was easy to get help. They were happy to check for extra sizes out the back of the store. There is a wide range of kids and adults shoes.
