Super happy with the quality and store options there. It’s a outlet and couldn’t agree more with the choices. Friendly staffs and surprising offers every time when I walk in. Maybe I am just too lucky whenever I go that store.. today I bought a good quality shoe specifically for speed walking on the road.. the staff an old man but very fit man was helping me with patience. The cashier also was friendly. Didn’t show any tired face as It was almost closing time.. kudos to the great job team! Best place to buy cheap yet good quality shoes as it is factory store.. I would also recommend to tourists to buy from here..
Thank you for being patient whilst I set up my membership on the app, which didn’t work as I kept getting an error. Even though, it didn’t work the lady serving me in the mens section back counter, was super helpful!! Forgot to check her name, but she had glasses and it was on Thursday morning! Thank you once again Fitting room service was also amazing, I bought 2 short trail tights, each on sale and another clearance item from the kids section.
I called to find out if they had some shoes we were chasing and the phone rang and rang for a very long time I was just about to give up when someone answered the phone then immediately hung it up on me, so rude sorry for being an inconvenience to you NIKE. I know it's a busy time of year but you should staff your shops better so there is someone to answer phone calls. Great way to run your business. At the least you could have answered and got our number to call us back when you weren't so busy. Very disappointed with the treatment
Tuesday 22/11/2022 I waited 10 minutes in line to enter the store. Then, as I was ready to check out had a staff member just before I got served at the counters asked if I downloaded the app. This gave me no time as I was up next to be served, I am a Telstra customer and the service was down. I explain to the gentleman that I’ve got problems trying to download the app and his reply was no app. No discount left with no choice to leave with items that I want to the boy, $500 worth. Wasted 40 minutes of my time as this information could have been given on entry. I felt sorry for the elderly gentleman beside me has he didn’t carry a phone this is disgraceful and non- Australan.
Great deals and if your become a member you can get upto 40% off alot of items of your into Nike products this is the place to be a must to check out Staff are very helpful and friendly recommend place to shop
The Nike store is amazing!! So many bargains to had . Went to buy 1 pair of shoes for my 11year old son , and left with 2 pairs. The service was excellent from Harley and Jorge. Jorge also put me on to the Nike app where I received a further 10% off my purchase. Going during the week definitely helped as the weekends can get a bit to crowded. I will be going back to purchase more bargains again soon . Keep up the good work lads.Ps. threw in a extra photo so everyone can see what else they can get . And there's plenty more .
Was served by Saeed where he provided excellent service. I had forgotten my receipt for a exchange and he offered to find the transaction on the system after numerous tries. I really appreciated the service offered and his efforts as it was my mistake and it was during a busy period. Thank you so much for making my experience a positive one! Many thanks!!!
Very rude disgraceful customer service never nothing in the store prices are not a factory outlet staff need training in customer service would have gave zero stars but don’t have the option
The nike factory Gold Coast has a great range of shoes and nike clothes for girls and guys. You can get a deal on most items. The gymwear is limited to more sporting jackets, gym shorts and gym pants. Not a lot of sizes available but you may be lucky to find your size. Staff are really friendly and the place is really clean. Covid rules are in place and there are plenty of bargains around.
Happy as with my new nike free runners. Carmel served me and after a few questions matched me with 2 perfect runners. Her product knowledge was exceptional! I recommend nike at harbour town to everyone. If you don't know what you want ask Carmel! Located on the north east corner of the shopping centre. There is heaps of parking near the store.
