Nicole is an amazing colourist and I'd highly recommend her for any colouring (or cuts, or a blow-dry) - I have had an amazing experience as a blonde and never leave with brassy/yellow colour. My hair is always perfect. She listens to what you want, and will provide advice while being realistic and helpful. Best hairdresser I've had! All the other staff I've encountered at Off London are friendly, helpful and happy - if you're looking for quality, this is the salon for you. Everyone u know who has been here has been really happy with their work. They carry a great line of products and on one occasion I reacted to an ingredient in a conditioner - the salon gladly replaced this for another product. They want happy customers and this is evident in their customer service. Thanks guys!

A lovely clean environment with welcoming staff. Every single staff member was friendly and gave me a smile. I really appreciated my stylist 'Emma' who did a beautiful job of my hair. She was lovely and took her time in providing an enjoyable, relaxing service.
