I bought a Groupon voucher for Metta (new senior stylist) at Jo Hall Hair. Best cut I have had in years. She knows exactly what she's doing and does an amazing treatment and scalp massage. She is my new 'go to', stylist. Apparently she worked at her last salon for 11 yrs - the secrets out she's brilliant!

I recently went for a quite large haircut at Jo Hall hair, as I didn't mind paying a bit extra to get it done properly - what a mistake! I wanted a textured, wavy, above the shoulders cut, and instead got a horrible dead-straight bob, shorter when straight than I wanted it when wavy. She even forgot to cut the fringe until I reminded her afterwards. During this time, she was patronising, telling me how to wash my hair and use a shower cap (I'm not sure who doesn't already know this?), and told me that the already cramped and busy salon normally holds twice as many employees. Don't make the mistake I did and pay $100 for a horrible haircut.

i had Jo Hall cut my hair and i wasnt happy at all, and for being the boss she didnt blend it propley and the price was extrem for a male cut i will never go back and i dont think people should go there and shes very rude and full of her self...
