Pros and cons. Staff were universally friendly and considerate. Nice pot of tea offered and enjoyed. Lovely products - my hair is soft, silky and shiny.  The colour was done meticulously. The cut looked great in the mirror, but sadly didn't quite meet the specifications I'd asked for (but I didn't call it out at the time either). And I did come at 11.15am for a cut and colour and not leave until after 4.15pm. Also not cheap - although prices were quoted an hour or two into the appointment, and in my case the hourly rate didn't look too bad.

Excellent.

I have really long thick hair and find it hard to find a hairdresser that can manage my hair.

Belle did a superb job and the team were very friendly.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a salon let alone any other type of business. They completely ruined my hair twice and ended up paying over 900 dollars as they charged me 330 the second time around when I asked to get my hair fixed. Had to go to another salon to get my hair completely fixed.

Excellent hairdressers and top colourists. Expensive yes..but its worth the money.

Amazing service, met by even greater haircuts! I have never left feeling unhappy with my hair and I am always greeted by name and made to feel welcome. Could not recommend more!
