I booked an appointment here on the recommendation of a friend, but was really disappointed with my experience. I have a slightly unconventional hair style, however I have plenty of practice explaining it to hairdressers. The hairdresser here seemed really unwilling to properly listen to me, which was pretty disappointing. I was talked over several times, and she refused to do parts of my cut that lots of salons have had no problem doing for me before.
I like to feel like I can trust my hairdresser to give me a cut that reflects what I want, and I definitely didn't get that here. Maybe only consider this place if you need a straightforward trim or super basic cut.

Love this place, I always go here. NEVER had a bad haircut before. 
The staff are amazing and they’re so kind. 
Ur hair looks amazing after they’re done.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I liked nothing about this hair salon they have extremely rude staff! I will never becoming back to the salon and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone my haircut was poorly done and so was the colour. The staff acted as though they were above me and I for the price I paid I was extremely disappointed not only with my hair but with the low level of customer service.

everything is great except for the rickety wash basin chairs. minus 1 star for lack of ergonomics.
