I would give them zero stars if possible. They'd surely win the Worst Tour Guides in Town. They care only about money (p/s: they charge you $4 mandatory tipping) and couldn't care less if you were dying. For the Phillips Island trip, the tour guide was really rude and unwelcoming, barking out orders and sometimes cussing. My friend became sick at one point during the Great Ocean Road tour but the only thing the tour guide could say is, "Do you want to get off the bus or not? I need to lock my bus!" because apparently he needed to bring (rich) tourists for the optional helicopter ride. Worst tour guides ever. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH AN AUSSIE TOUR. This is very important I have to write it in bold. Even though I'm Chinese, I'm warning you, do not follow Chinese tours in Melbourne - true, they are cheap, but cheap is what you're gonna get.

I just can't agree with these negative comments. I've once booked with them some short tours when my parents were visiting me, and all of us were quite satisfied with that experience. Can those negative people show empathy pls? The tour guide had to deal with all kinds of issues by himself as I observed. And truly, SOME CUSTOMERS COULD BE REALLY RIDICULOUS THEMSELVES! We asked the guide for help as well, and he was very willing to help. He just can't focus on a single person by sacrificing all others! I was once a salesperson, too. So I understand that the staff have tried to do well enough. 
Don't keep telling yourself that "customers are the Gods" pls. Review yourself and try to be kind and empathetic.

All they are interested in is making money. If you ask them to change your flights after you bought the ticket, they are not interested. In fact, do not change it! They just wont do it for you! They assume it is your responsibility to make everything certain and any incidence just should not happen. 
If you ask one of the staff to help you with your ticket after you reserved it  but before the payment is made, forget about it. That person does not get the commission! It is only the first one who books the ticket for you gets the commission, so why should she/he help you without getting the commission. 
It's all about money in the end. Customer to them is nonsense.

I can't stand all this negativity of the reviews. They have really good short tours around melbourne for very competitive prices. I booked a tour to New Zealand with them couple years ago and now am booking with them again. And yeah, if you're not Chinese, you'll probably be better off using STA or student flights. Every business needs to target customers. For me personally though, their staff have always been friendly and helpful (perhaps the best of all chinese travel agencies). I think the lack of positive reviews is due to Chinese people not used to or not able to write English reviews on google.
