Yesterday Saturday 6th August 2022. I visited this store NZ safety Blackwoods Wiri. I was met from the 2 in store staff members. Allan greeted me and a quick introduction from myself and my needs for NZ safety gears for my work environment.  Im truely impressed by the wealth of knowledge , great customer engagement/service and professionalism given to me from Allan.  Yes indeed I left the store extremely satisfied, and will sure pass on my satisfaction onto NZ safety Blackwood. Thank you team.‍

Customer service was below poor. Product was paid for over 3 months ago now, keeps getting pushed out with no communication at all. Always me chasing it up to learn there is another date.. Blackwoods, you need to do better...

Customer service isn't even worth the star you have to put on here.  what a run around just to get a refund when the customer service team don't want to deal with you. DISGUSTING

Service is unwilling to help and condescending attitude. Id give 0 stars if i could.

There is nothing in this area. Nothing on the maps showing it's not a store till your found a park. And walking to the front door.
