"NRMA Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, located in North Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches, a 45 minute drive from Sydney's CBD. Situated on a waterfront location between the still waters of Narrabeen Lake and North Narrabeen surf beach, our urban location allows for the endless exploration of local restaurants, cafes and shops. From surfing and kayaking in the morning sun to having a picnic in the afternoon with the little ones along the beachfront, there’s something to delight everyone. Can not highly recommend this lakeside caravan Park enough We stayed in a cabin early November great price for 6+ plus people. Beautiful gardens, cabin has all you need with a short walk to the Narrabeen lake Amazing customer service. Very helpful in all aspects We used public transport and coming from the country we found it easy to get to where we we're going So if you're looking for a friendly family atmosphere this is the place!
We had a great day:night here. Friendly staff very clean facilities and in a great location. Good size camp spots that were very easy to access. Surrounded by water, a great lagoon and Surf beach. I was surprised by previous reviews as we found this much better.
Served a purpose. Great location close to beach and ON the lake. Security guard had said there were some recent issues near Ocean St and he stayed just beside our camper for hours. We had no issues thanks to his awareness-presence.
Less than a star. 1- Dirty room with terribly squeaky beds 2- Not trained staff or security guards as they don't know how to handle a situation or a crowd 3- No proper events management with lack of available staff at events time 4- No sense of security with no CCTV cameras installed inside closed rooms or open spaces. You're on your own so get ready for the worst 5- Permission of alcohol consumption during a children's activity 6- We had an incident during our stay and the park management did their best to hide the incident traces! I wouldn't even think of going there ever again and definitely can't recommend.
I don't recommend this place, my sister booked cabin and when she arrived they gave her key for really filthy and very disgusting, when my sister ask why it's not clean " they say oh sorry we send someone to clean it" after 1:30h they didn't clean the cabin. The reception staff were rude and they didn't solve this issue. They need to appreciate that the family need to rest and enjoy their accommodation not chasing cleaner to clean the cabin. AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDED
Very nice place.. you should definitely come here in your holidays and spend some great time! You might get lucky and be able to enjoy the amazing magic show if that's happening when you are visiting...
We've often used nrma parks for family holidays over the years. But I'm celebrating my 8th wedding anniversary in late January and my parents offered to take the kids for a weekend so we could stay somewhere nice just the two of us. I wanted to stay at Lakeside because I just started working in the area and wanted to explore. Also I thought caravan parks were for everyone to enjoy. But the website wouldn't let me book 2 nights it just said contact us. It would let me book however, if I selected 3 nights. I popped in to their office to ask them about it. First the person behind the desk said it would be full. Without checking anything Then when I told her the website would let me book 3 nights she said there was a 5 night minimum stay for that period. I guess she wanted to make it crystal clear just how unwelcome we are. Thanks for ruining the nrma experience for us for good.
Staff were all lovely! Camp sites were well set out and an easy walk to the beach. Tiny bit expensive but fair enough considering the location. Will be back for sure thankyou guys
Spent a lovely weekend at the caravan park campsite with mates - facilities were great, and were cleaned regularly - and the caravan park was close to coffee shops and restaurants for a catering-free holiday - I only travelled 9.7km from Terrey Hills to get to the caravan park but it felt like I was on holiday.
Lovely clean spacious room and bathroom for my mobility issues. Only tea/coffee facilities butca short walk to an amazing camp kitchen.
