This year I have been disappointed. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and they haven't lasted for more than 6 months. I know shoes aren't meant to last forever, but I can't understand how this has happened. I have bought shoes from Novo in the past and I have had a maximum of five years. Won't be buying shoes from you any time soon. You've lost me. Sorry.
