So disappointed in the quality of the ankle boots. After one wear for 2 hours at dinner on carpet the leather tips of the boots were completely scuffed. They may be "leather" but it just a top layer of leather that was paper thin. The worst I could of "scuffed" then was on a leg of a chair. I've never had leather boots that have worn so badly such as this, so I asked for a exchange which was refused because the fault was mine. I argued that the quality was poor which is why I should get at least an exchange. It went to the area manager who despite her chirpy voice amd passive aggressive tone, denied me the exchange/refund. I went to pick up the boots and they forgot to give me my receipt back. Great. Oh well what's the point of the receipt if you can't use it for exchange/refund! Nine West, you had great styles, but don't cut your ear despite your face as you'll loose customers hand over fist and this is the digital age, where grievances and wins are shared.
