Anybody who is thinking about purchasing these brands of shoes, please don't! These are the shoes after 2 wears on a standard dog walk on a paved pathway in suburban area. Material has ripped through, & these shoes cost over $200. I strongly advise shopping from other brands with a better product reputation. Save your money!

Merrill at Westfield shopping centre in Doncaster has a wide variety of good quality highking shoes and other products, their parents of good quality and the comfort of the product is amazing the staff are very helpful.
Wow what happened to customer service. Shop assistant not willing to help try to find the shoes my husband needed. Yet over at Athletes foot the assistant went over and above to sell a pair of Merrill shoes that fitted. How disappointing that the company shop couldn’t help.
I visited this store today looking for some hiking boots. I didn't really know what I was looking for and usually hate shoe shopping but the sales associate Hamzeh? was super helpful and seemed to want to go out of his way to help me, looking up sizes in other stores and offering to help order a pair so I could get a pair on sale in the size I wanted. He wasn't pushly or judgemental about my hesitation in buying the most expensive option, just seemed to genuinely want to help. I was considering other brands as well, but honestly after this positive experience I'll very likely be back to purchase a pair.
Been by shoes there for years. The staff is pretty good as well.
A long time ago there was an old lady that worked here and got really racist to us. We complained officially to Merrell. Anyway we have not seen her for a while now and our recent visit we have someone helpful recommending us shoes cleaner.

Great range of not the prettiest but definitely the comfiest shoes. Good service & whilst pricey the sales provide great bargains.
