Worst customer service imaginable. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE. The blond dyke manager is the rudest person I've met in my life. If you're a lesbian then yeah this store is for you.

What's the point of having a phone if it isn't answered, people that don't live close but want to query product range before having to make a long trip are getting shafted. Unprofessional and will cost business.

Terrible customer service. Went there to buy shoes for two kids. Good help with the first kid. Suddenly the guy disappears with no word leaving us in limbo. Only excuses no apology received.
