I was served by Cameron when trying on pairs of Nikes, he was so patient and sweet. 10/10 service. Will be coming back for my Nike TC’s
Staff wasn’t helpful and welcoming at all. Felt like they just wanted to shut the store as soon as possible.
I went in to a few sneaker shops today but was either ignored or the staff seemed disinterested when talking me. That wasn't the situation in Hype. Tarryn was so friendly and very helpful. What a breath of fresh air instead of the usual retail robots. This will be the place I will be purchasing my sneakers from now on!
I had a great experience here. Lucifer was absolutely Amazing! Even though it was boxing day and extremely busy, he took the time to help me find the right size shoe in many styles for me to try. I had been to 2 stores and they couldn't find anything for my size 11 women's. Thank you, you made my day I will be back
