Staff not very helpful because of their own self importance. Tried to get a Webster pack which they have done before. Chemist lazy, Kim, gave it to another woman who’s never, never helpful at all, Aysel, lazy. These two individuals no nothing about customer service, To lazy to look up history, to lazy to understand verbal communication
One of the cashiers in this pharmacy is unbelievably rude. Overall it’s so overpriced with rude workers, such a great combo.
What an absolute mess. Shopping centre gets a bit busy and suddenly all the customer service goes out the door. Just a bunch of rude attendants and a pharmacist who talks down to customers. Witnessed this customer being spoken to so rudely by this pharmacist, I just wish she'd have spoken to me like that and I would've gladly returned the attitude. Appreciate the hard work by staff at any business but if this is how you behave when it gets busy, then you better start thinking about a career change.
I went there for COVID jab on the Christmas Eve. The pharmacist was helpful and provided as much information as possible regarding the possible side effects. She put a timer beside my seat to ensure 15 mins passed before letting me leave there. She also answered all of my queries. They really care about your health and are friendly.
Attendant was not helpful and told me she wasn’t a doctorI never asked her for any medical advise. I found that a bit rude. Products are really pricey over here too.
I like this chemist. I find the prices competitive and reasonable, staff are pretty friendly but the old white pharmacist guy at the back is really grumpy and rude. He kept cutting me off and then raised his voice at me and told me “you’re not letting me speak” when he was actually the one not letting me finish my question. He smirked with frustration as if I was the moron, when we wasn’t explaining something correctly. I explained I wasn’t trying to be divisive and was just trying to understand how my script had been lost, he gave me some context and it made more sense. Very rude and bad customer service. Other than him, pretty good service.
I came in today with my script, which i hadn't realised was 1 month overdue, neither did the pharmacist who checked my script as he advised me to come back in 30 minutes to collect my medication as they were quite busy. I waited the 30min as this has been my regular pharmacist, and when i came back to pick up my medication, a different pharmacist then advised me of the overdue script. I would have appreciated being told this when i first arrived so i didn't waste my time waiting around for half an hour. Please have better checks in place in future when sending off people to come back, such as getting a contact number so that you can contact them if you realise there is an error and you can't fufill the script. I will be going to Priceline Pharmacy for all my future scripts.
The workers are rude to me and my mother, disrespectful and unaccommodating. It's a shame because the prices are very good, but their attitude makes it worthwhile going somewhere else, even if it costs a few extra dollars. They all just stand around and gossip with eachother, and when you ask for help, they get annoyed as if YOU, the customer, are interrupting THEM, the person thats supposed to be doing their damn job. I strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else.
Busy day today being a Saturday with many people in store, however the scripts were done on time and staff were attentive and friendly all round. Well done to your team today.
I got jabbed twice for my second dose vaccine..Both times were painful ..When I asked why she did that...why she jabbed me twice she said she was just poking around.What the hell....I was quite upset especially as someone who doesn't like needles..I rang up and spoke to the manager after I got home...Manager didn't give me satisfactory answer either neither did they offer an apology...She said sometimes when the needle isn't in the right place they have to redo it again..This vaccinatedr named Stacy please be weary of her...Obviously she is very inexperienced...
