My Partner had a very high fever, The store closes at 9pm, We arrived at 8:58pm, but they closed the store. I requested, literally begged for medicines but they didn’t opened the door. My partner had to spent whole night in pain. You guys are doctors not businessman. Zero sympathy and still running a medical shop. Shame!!
Yes they are a little more expensive than Chemist Warehouse but the level of service and friendliness from the staff is worth paying for.. I wouldn’t trust any other chemist with my prescriptions. On occasions, they have called us to confirm that dosage etc is correct. .
The prices were very expensive. Not only did they have issues finding my membership account, I paid $23 for a bottle of Ferro Grad C member price when I could have gotten it at at chemist warehouse or Priceline at $19. Shame on this business for doubling price, then giving a small members discount, which is still much higher than that outside.
Worst service ever. They are irresponsible, inexperienced and very impolite staff. This is the worst of worst chemist store i have ever been to. I didn’t mind to spend over $40 for sign up to become a member there, and over 100 bucks for a thermometer. It didn’t even work probably, and the cap of battery so easy for my children to open it. How could they put such a low quality product to sell? I don’t give a cent about how much is it cost, but there attitude and behaviour are so damn cheap. Trust me you will get back what you are selling.
Very nice people very professional . Will go out of there way to help you. Great service. Very polite Great best chemist ever. Clean. Understanding owner and staff.
Don’t bother going if you’re not one of their “regulars”. That was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had in a pharmacy. Here’s a tip- if I have a valid prescription that my GP has written me, it’s not your job to treat me like a drug seeker. If you’re uncomfortable dispensing the medication, then say that instead of wasting 20 minutes of my time questioning me in public
Oh hi I am devasted. I am a regular shopper at this pharmacy. So I am doing the right thing and sent hubby to buy our face masks and to my shock horror over $100.00 for a box of 50. This is disgusting cause I can buy the same box for $50.00 else where. Can this be looked at as I was trying to support my local pharmacy as we are members and have been for many years. Never again !!!
Prices are very very expensive. Relpax tablets sold for $20 to $22 elsewhere, is sold for $32 here at National pharmacy. I was shocked to hear the price when I was there. Unfortunately I had to buy them because it's out of stock everywhere and I am a migraine sufferer. I am so sad to see them using one's suffering to gain so much profit. A difference of 2 or 3 dollars ok. But 10 dollars??!!
Friendly, but a NO CASH policy. I've never heard of a store stating that they dont take cash. Well, we won't be back due to this. This wouldn't be fair for a lot of people.
I had to go to this pharmacy because mine was closed and the prices were triple the price and I asked why and they said you need to pay a membership never going there again absolutely ridiculous.
