After moving to the Sunshine Coast 9 years ago I engaged North Coast Pest Control to inspect my first Queensland home. Ross came highly recommended from a long time local. Ross had great local knowledge and his advice was spot on. Being a novice regarding termites, I carried out some research and was pleased that the advice I was given by Ross stood up on all accounts. When I purchased my next property I once again engaged North Coast Pest Control. I didn't take Ross' advice to remove the old termite system in place. Years later this turned out to be a disastrous decision when termites were discovered by a potential purchasers Pest Inspection. I was devastated when the purchaser withdrew from the contract. Ross came to my rescue, he eradicated the termites and gave me a big discount. (I was dirt broke at the time). The house eventually sold termite free, easily passing the next pest inspection. I've been in my new home now for 18 months and pleased that Ross is my go to for pest control. His rates are competitive but most of all I know I'm in great hands with his years of expertise.
