We booked an inspection for our new built house as there are still some issues to sort out and we wanted to be sure that our claims are justified. We also though it would help piece of mind to have someone independent to check out the building quality. Paul did a great job and thorough inspection of the complete house – even with special heat and moisture detecting camera. His report is extensively and easy to understand, a perfect base to finalize everything with our builder.
We are very happy customers and can recommend Paul without hesitation!

Paul turned up on time and conducted an exhaustive inspection while treating the owner's property and privacy with respect.
Paul provided an exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable inspection that fully informed us about the qualities as well as the defects of the property. He offered valued recommendations in respect to our follow-up options. 
Timing of invoicing and release of the report occurred very responsively.
Highly recommended to any intending purchasers!
