We paid $4187 to stay at 5 The Peninsular Noosa Waters through Noosa Holiday Rentals for 9 nights.  On arrival at the property we were greeted with a pool that was green.  We contacted the agent who sent someone out who then proceeded to put large quantities of chlorine in the pool and nothing else.  I then spent the next 3 days of my holiday cleaning the pool including the skimmer which was not even checked by their maintenance and backwashing the filter which was so clogged it was unhealthy.  The yard had not been maintained, the bins were overflowing on our arrival, 3 of the 4 lights in the bathroom did not work with bulbs even missing.  We then lost free to air television 3 nights before we left whilst other houses in the area had theirs.  The response from Noosa Holiday rentals was poor at best.  I requested a partial refund and their only response was "we can't get hold of the owner to arrange a refund" and that was over a week ago.  

Noosa Holiday rentals charge owners to maintain their properties and lease them out, but they do nothing (in our instance) of ensuring that people who pay over $4000 for a property have one in a maintained condition.

Very disappointed with this company and would strongly urge others to look elsewhere if renting in the Noosa area.
