Laguna real estate were extremely unprofessional in our dealings after booking through stayz. For the expense of the villa for a week there were a number of issues including lack of cleaning supplies, plumbing issues, Lack of assistance dealing with significant excess rubbish left at the villa to name a few. On attempts to raise concerns with laguna both during our stay and after via email we were met with abrupt replies or ignored. Very unprofessional behaviour all round. I would not book through them again nor recommend anyone use them to book a holiday rental.
