I have had the pleasure of working with Deb and Sam since the commencement of their business. Both ladies have been fantastic in finding me suitable tenants for my 2 rental properties. We have found Deb & Sam to be both very dedicated and professional and manage their rentals as they would their own. We have realised over the years we have high expectations and a lot of businesses have failed to reach this bench mark. Deb & Sam consistently give 100% and can not be faulted. I'd like to thank Tayla Stjernqvist at clever property. Its with a kind and thorough approach to her job that customers requirements are met, although I have a feeling Tayla has mastered the approach of getting her listed landlords the best tenants possible. Rather than brushing over a few minor application errors and throwing us in the too hard basket, Tayla took the time to explain where we'd gone wrong, what we'd need to do in order to correct. Although we'd gone on to secure a rental with a different realtor I couldn't help but praise this wonderful young lady.
