As a first-time Landlord, I have been very satisfied with my experience with Belle Property. The team are always very transparent with information, explain things clearly to me and are accessible if I do have any questions. From a taxation/management perspective, incomings and outgoing are always documented clearly and makes tax time so much easier. I'd highly recommend the Belle Property team to any investor looking at their property management needs.

We͏ recently sold our family home with Catriona, and we could not have asked for a better agent. Catriona was diligent and exceptional with all of her communication. She made the process of selling easy and stress free by stepping through and explaining each process. Catriona works extremely hard to achieve the best results for her clients. We would highly recommend her. We achieved an excellent sale price, above our expectations.

Buying and selling property can prove stressful, therefore to engage with helpful, reliable and knowledgeable estate agents can be a deal breaker. We were very pleased with the level of professional and friendly service extended to us by Ben and Sam when we purchased our home. We would highly recommend them

Interstate͏ purchases during a global pandemic are never easy, but Sarah was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to our queries and helping us where/when she could. After handover, Sarah remained in contact with us, providing assistance as we settled into our new home in our new state. We moved in during torrential rain, and Sarah even provided us two large umbrellas to keep us dry! She referred us to excellent tradespeople and responded promptly to every query.

To any landlord looking to use Belle Property, your tenants will be extremely unhappy with the management. I myself as a tenant, have had more problems with Belle Property in the last few months management was changed over from another real estate to Belle than I have ever had with a real estate in my last 12 years of renting. They didn't even show up to our first house inspection they set. Took days if not longer to respond to emails. I had to repeat the same thing to multiple people within the business because apparently they don't talk to each other or pass on messages just to get answers on queries I had. When they did the exit report they didn't bring the entry report done by our original real estate then proceeded to ask me questions while doing it about the original condition of things, very unprofessional. I will definitely not be renting a property again that is managed by them.  I was not talking about you dragging out the exit by getting quotes from you to fix the bench which we were fine with even though you only gave us 1 quote then dragged out and failing to give us a 2nd quote, as is our right to ask for. I was talking about communication throughout the whole time we were managed by you and not showing up for inspections.
