After renting a property through the Gympie office I can only say that they are a horrible company, if you are planning on renting make sure you really check the condition report and be very fussy with every scuff mark, scratch even paper wasp nests... They look down and renters and take their bond... They accused our home of being filthy but when I rang the cleaner, she said it was near perfect, she just had to clean a few days worth of dust... which costed us our entire bond plus they wanted another $300 on top...also make sure you are home for inspection as they let neighbours pets in our house and which infested our home with fleas and they tried to get away with paying for it... DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! and if you think I was the problem... after leaving a Laguna property I've been in the same property for 3 years now and the owners want us to stay forever...
