We had the most terrible experience at this place. 

We were given a room two levels up without lift access and we were travelling with a toddler. The stair way wasn't child safe and the tiles were smooth with no grip guards. I did mention my child's age at the time of booking which they say they did not receive.

The microwave in out apartment was on Demo mode so it wouldn't actually heat the food up. I was asked to go through the manual and see if I could figure it out and when I couldn't I was asked to reset it by actually physically pull the microwave out from it's compartment to get to the main switch. It wasn't a big deal but I just think I shouldn't, as a paying customer have to do this.

The fan in my child's room wasn't adequately working; it wouldn't go passed the first speed. It was so humid that it was impossible to sleep in the room without proper air circulation. This room had no windows as well. Being a Friday afternoon they were unable to get somebody to come and fix it till Monday. They did offer to give us a pedestal fan but weren't sure if it was child safe, so I declined that offer. This meant we were unable to use the second room for 4 nights out of our 6 nights' stay.

We asked if we could check out the next day as this wasn't what we paid for and honestly we just wanted to relax without having to worry about all this stuff. Everyone was on board and everything seemed amicable at this point.

At the time of our check out things went down hill. I rang reception to check if everything was fine for us to leave and they confirmed that it was. I asked how much were we charged and asked for a break down. And when I queried why were charged as much the manager got really rude and said "I can charge you the full amount would you like me to go ahead and do so" and hung up on me mid reply. 
My husband went down to reception to speak with her but she was equally unprofessional with him calling me "obnoxious" and other names. Then she proceeded to say to us " you guys are the most unhappy people and will never be happy whenever you go and wont have a good holiday". 
Honestly who says such things, let alone in a professional capacity.

Also, they advertise as a resort but its an additional cost to have your linen changed, to use pool towels and your room does not get cleaned and if you do not empty your bins at check out they charge you $80. So not exactly what we were expecting of a resort.

I understand things don't work out 100% but their response and behavior is something else.

Stayed here for a week and we were really happy with it. Our 2 bed apartment was lovely and came with a well-provisioned kitchen, washing machine/dryer and two bathrooms. Fantastic for families with young children. The staff are super helpful, the pool is great and it's within easy walk of a plethora of good eateries. The local Supermarket is only a 5 min drive away so you have everything you need on hand if you want to do some cooking.

Disappointing stay.   Nice location and lovely staff (except for the higher ups).    Uncomfortable beds, poor water pressure and just an overall tired aesthetic.   Management didn't want to hear about any of it.   You could find much better value in Noosa.

Visit their Facebook page and believe the one star reviews.Their response to feeback will give you an insight of their standards and the customer service to expect. Disgraceful!

Conveniently located, clean, absolutely perfect for a family with kids, 5 min drive from Noosa Head.
