Honestly amazing, I bought a Ring Doorbell and Amazon Echo, wish I remembered the guys name, but his product knowledge was fantastic and surprisingly didn't try to upsale me when I considered buying a bigger package. Will definitely be going back there

Your staff sold me, an elderly lady a google chrome cast for which I paid a considerable amount. I am retired. I appreciated the reduction of $20 because I could get it cheaper elswhere however, it did not involve the advice that it cannot work without HDM1 2.1 connection, which is poor service. As I live 30 minutes out of town it was disappointing to realize this important item was necessary otherwise, I wasted $206 dollars.
Didn’t find the staff very helpful. This is the second time I’ve gone there and staff feel like they’re deliberately trying to evade me and ultimately had to go somewhere else to get what I need. I really try to support the local shops that employ locals but this kinda stuff’s forcing my hand to order online from PB tech who are always keen to help me.
