Every time my partner and I go to Noel Leeming we b-line for Cody as he is very personable and knowledgeable on the best products for the price point. It’s a really nice shopping experience as Cody remembers and what we’ve bought previously through him and always checks in on whatever we’ve purchased. Highly recommend!
Absolutely appalling customer service experience today and walked away feeling like I was something the particular staff member had just stepped in. Brought the item at PBTec. Shame on you. If you dont want to work there anymore maybe move on.
Hopeless, in all respects. Tried to contact the Dunedin store for two days with no success. Tried to use chat, again no success. Finally managed to talk to 'an agent' at the call centre, whom I could barely understand and had to ask to repeat herself, not that it made any difference, she was less than helpful and had little knowledge re. my request. Was a reasonable store in it's day.
Manager was great when it came to exchanging phone when I was given the incorrect model, no stress, no drama.nnVery happy with the Nothing phone 3a, nice to break away from Samsung for a change and the performance is on par even before I performed a debloat.
Served by a young man named Matt, he helped me with my warranty of some headphones and had excellent service !
