Good knowledge, and friendly. First place to have asked me for my mask exemption too. After seeing it it was business as normal.
Service was great. The female assistant that served was very helpful and knowledgeable and if she was unsure about something, she sourced the information we needed. She was excellent.
Unfortunately the guy on the shop floor was extremely rude to us. Not helpful at all. If I could have brought the product elsewhere I would have walked out but begrudgingly I had to buy the product. The woman at the counter was lovely so made it slightly better experience. Will not being going back at all
Isac was super helpful, sorted us out with exactly what we needed. He was really good about returning one of the items we didn't need for the job. Would definitely reccomend and go back. Great to have a shop that offers specialized items. Thanks for the great customer service.

Went in to get speaker wire from my knowledge I thought it was red and black, lovely chap there noticed politely said I was grabbing the wrong wire had a laugh, and proceeded to grab the correct wiring. Professional and humorous team will allways shop there for that experience. 5 out of 5

Spent a good 10mins trying to find what I needed and failed to attract the attention of the staff for a bit of assistance. Despite my best attempts to call someone over, I was unable to, and subsequently became quite frustrated. One staff member at the counter appeared to be having a personal conversation with someone, and the other was standing at the counter serving no one. There is minimal signage within the store to help you find the section you're looking for which doesn't help things.
