Saturday, no staff that could assist on the floor, in particular with luggage queries. Luggage dept an absolute shambles. Promo items one had to hunt for as it looked like specials signage was just stuck on the shelving. Felt sorry for the staff as little sign of any rostered store management to provide staff leadership and support.
What is the point in click and collect if you have to queue in a massive queue to collect your items?? You charge for this service too- totally outrageous. I’ve already bought and paid for those items + the click and collect fee. Why would I wait in a 40 minute queue to collect my purchases? Something is very wrong with your set up.
Such lovely staff - as busy as they are on sale days they are always pleasant. Maggie and Ryley in Dunedin are an asset to your store, both very kind and helpful girls. Thank you
Briscoes Dunedin is a great place to find homewares but not a parking. Parking is indeed a headache , which actually gave me one. Literally. However, a wide selection of products, furnitures, appliances to bedding and homewares. Amd sometimes great SALE.nnThe staff are friendly IF YOU CAN FIND ONE WHILE IN NEED and helpful, and the store is well-organized to be lost. But after 3 or 4 rounds of hiking, you get the hang of it. quite easy to navigate if you have a sextant .nI would definitely recommend Briscoes Dunedin to anyone looking for homewares in Dunedin or to keep their wife busy. Girl go in a silent mode here and that feel of tranquility..ah!!nnThe store can be crowded on weekends if anything in Dunedin can get crowded, and prices can be higher than at some other homewares stores.nnHowever, the wide selection of products and the friendly and helpful staff make Briscoes Dunedin a great place to shop for homewares.
Great Briscoes branch with plenty of regular specials and excellent products. Unfortunately the checkout queues can sometimes be fairly long so online shopping is definitely a convenient option. Plenty of free parking on the roof access from the back which is great given the busy location of the store.
