The offering prices on all the house here are absolutely off the chart. Too expensive even with a housing bubble, more than double some neighboring suburbs

I just paid the equivalent of the whole end of lease amount after having cleaned the house before handing over. It is very important to keep a tab of all things not working and constantly complain, else you will be responsible at the end of lease. I have dealt with the rental agencies and this is the worst one

Kevin has been fantastic. He is very friendly, patient and professional. The journey in selling the house though long due to the lockdowns was much less strenuous thanks to Kevin providing constant updates and feedback. I would highly recommend Kevin's services in future.
